Shipping charges should always be born by the buyer only. Currently we ship in India only. So please don't place any order for delivery outside India.
Return and Exchange Policy
We offers flexible Return & Exchange. A customer can easily return/exchange the product. He has to send the product to our premises by speed post/courier or any other medium. However, there are a few basic rules for refund/exchange :-
1. Product has to be in original & unused state.
2. Request has to be raised within 3 days of delivery.
3. We accept return request only if there is mismatch in quality, size, colour, design or in case an item is missing/wrong in a combo order.
4. If any material is returned on p.o.d. or cash on delivery basis, such material will not be accepted.
5. We do not offer returns on bulk orders.
6. Inner wears should never be retuned or exchanged in any scenario.
7. If any shipment does not qualify above conditions, returned good/goods from customer should be considered as waste material and no refund will be processed.
NOTE:-
1. Freight for incoming and outgoing of return goods should be born by the buyer.
2. Eligible amount should be credited to the buyer's Bank account within seven days of return item received at our premises.
3. Placing Order on Our Website means You had read and accepted our Policies.
